Roles & responsibilities
Every officer holds a clear mandate in the service of the membership.
Provides overall leadership, represents NIDO South Korea externally, and chairs the executive council.
Heads the secretariat — keeps official records and minutes, manages correspondence, and coordinates the executive council.
Supports the Secretary General with records, minutes and official correspondence.
Oversees dues and financial records, and reports transparently to the membership.
Supports the Financial Secretary in tracking dues, payments and records.
Plans and coordinates community events, gatherings and celebrations.
Supports the Social Secretary in organising events and member activities.
Manages announcements, publicity and the public image of NIDO South Korea.
Supports communications, publicity and member outreach.
Maintains order and discipline, and mobilises members for meetings and key decisions.
Supports the Chief Whip in coordinating and mobilising members.
